OTTAWA, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League is pleased to announce that Ottawa Junior Senators forward Massimo Gentile has been named CCM Hockey University/College Academic Player of the Month.
The 2003 born Pointe-Claire, QC native attends Carleton University where he is carrying a 96% and 93% in his two classes.
On the ice, Gentile leads the Junior Senators and sits tied for fourth overall in CCHL points with 30 (17G, 13A) in 25 games of action. His 17 goals place him in a tie for 2nd in the league.
