Each season, the CCHL launches its season during an opening showcase event. For the 2024-25 season, this was held at the Benson Centre in Cornwall, ON.
All 12 teams play 2 games over the weekend in front of hundreds of scouts and recruitment officers from NHL, NCAA, CIS, and Major Junior programs.
