Ottawa, ON — The Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) is pleased to announce that the 2026 Priority Draft Selection will once again take place at the Nepean Sportsplex. This once-in-a-lifetime event will take place on Tuesday, April 21st. The draft will start at 6 pm.
The Draft will feature a structured format where the first two rounds will be dedicated exclusively to protecting players born in 2010. Subsequent rounds will be open to all eligible players born in 2008, 2009, and 2010 who are currently registered with a Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO) team this season and not included on any CCHL team’s Protect List.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for local players looking to take their hockey careers to the next level. Always a must-attend event for any local hockey player
