Morning Recap | Nationals bring the offense in victory over Raiders

 

Ottawa, ON – The Rockland Nationals found the net ten times against the Nepean Raiders as they continued to build on their Yzerman Division lead.

Simon Labelle and Matthew Vermaeten had two goals apiece, Jack Sullivan had a five-point night (1G, 4A), Danel Menges, Dean Taylor, Justin Dauphinias, Cameron Last, and Andrew Aboumossa also scored, while Cyrus Martin made 30-saves as Rockland improved to 11-4-0-0 on the year. Cameron Scrivens (4A), and Cole Craft (3A) also chipped in offensively. For Nepean, who fell to a CCHL worst 2-13-1-1, had a natural hat-trick performance from Joshua Shimizu.
