Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League is pleased to announce that Smiths Falls Bears goaltender Victor Desjardins is the Week 6 CCM Hockey Player of the Week.
The 2001 born St-Jerome, QC native posted a perfect 2-0-0 record, with 1 Shutout and .967 SV%. He had a 27-save shutout in the Friday night 4-0 win over the 1st place Carleton Place Canadians before making 32-saves in Sunday afternoons 3-2 victory over the Nepean Raiders.
On the season, Desjardins is 3-2-0 with a 3.13 GAA, .900 SV%, and 1 shutout.
