JIM PEARSON NAMED SPORTSMANSHIP & ABILITY AWARD WINNER

The Central Canada Hockey League is pleased to announce that Jim Pearson of the Ottawa Jr Senators has been earned the Sportsmanship & Ability Award for the 2015-16 season.

The Ashton, ON native registered only 20 minutes in penalties this season while still producing offensively with 19 goals and 44 points in 59 games.

He can score goals with his quick shot but is more of a pass first player.  Not a player that defending players want to give too much time to as he will make you pay.  Very strong power-play presence and a proven leader as he wears the “C” for Ottawa.

Has totalled 50 goals and 115 points in 120 career games with the Jr Sens.
