The first period remained scoreless, setting the stage for an explosive second period where Renfrew’s Jace Letourneau and Jack Dolan found the net, countered by William-Francisco Parent for Ottawa. The third period showcased Renfrew’s supremacy as Andrew Morton, Nathan Pelletier, and an impressive hat-trick by Letourneau secured the win. Ottawa’s goaltender Connor Shibley put up a solid effort with 15 saves, but Renfrew’s Viacheslav Gordeichuk was equally remarkable with 13 saves.
