CCHL Recap | Cornwall Wins With Seven Goals

Ottawa, ON – Cornwall took on Renfrew last night for a high scoring game in favour of Cornwall.

The 1st period saw Kobe Tallman open the scoring for Cornwall, setting the tone for the game. In the 2nd period, Cornwall continued their dominance, as Brayden Bowen, Tristan Miron and Ethan Montroy all contributed goals. Joshua Penney managed to pull one through for Renfrew. The 3rd period showcased more Cornwall firepower, with Adam Walker, Ethan Montroy and Brayden Bowen adding to their lead. Goaltending was impressive on both sides, with Renfrew’s Viacheslav Gordeichuk making 19 saves before Nolan Lane stepped in to make 11 saves. Cornwall’s Xander Miceli stood strong with 26 saves, securing the win for his team.
