CANADIANS MATT LOMBARDOZZI COMMITS TO BENTLEY FOR 2018-19

The Central Canada Hockey League & Carleton Place Canadians are pleased to announce that 18-year old Defenseman Matt Lombardozzi has committed to Bentley University for the 2018-19 school year.

The 6-1, 187 lb native of Leominster, MA is currently in his first season of action with the Canadians where he put up 8 goals & 20 points in 62 regular season games.

He is a competitive player who battles hard all the time and is one of the premier shutdown defenders in the league.  Although he doesn’t provide a ton of offense, he manages the puck well and offers up a good first pass.  He is very tough to contain due to his upper body strength and his strong skating allows him to escape the fore-check to make the right play.

Before his time with Carleton Place he suited up for 4 years at The Rivers School in Weston, MA of the USHS.
