OTTAWA, ON – Two games of Bogart Cup playoff action Saturday saw victories from the Pembroke Lumber Kings and Ottawa Junior Senators.
QUARTER FINAL GAME 3 | PEMBROKE 2 BROCKVILLE 1
Jack Stockfish scored both of the Lumber Kings goals, while Reece Proulx made 28-saves as Pembroke grabbed a big road victory to take a 2-1 series lead. Brockville had their lone goal from Luke Tchor, while Sami Molu made 14-saves in the loss.
QUARTER FINAL GAME 3 | OTTAWA 2 SMITHS FALLS 1 OT
Simon Isabelle scored in regulation, Julian Recine was the overtime hero, while William Desmarais made 21-saves as Ottawa took a commanding 3-0 series lead. Smiths Falls had their lone goal from Eli Doughart-Wood, while Will McEvoy made 46-saves in the losing effort.
