Release | Brayden Besner named Pro Hockey Life High School Academic Player of the Month

OTTAWA, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League is pleased to announce that Hawkesbury Hawks rookie forward Brayden Besner has been named the Pro Hockey Life High School Academic Player of the Month for November.

The Casselman, ON native attends Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute. His current grades are 95% (University Preparation Advanced Functions), 90% (University Preparation Chemistry), and 95% (Grade 12 Healthy Active Living). 

Besner sits atop the CCHL rookie scoring race in Goals (11) and Points (15) through 26 games of action. He was recently named CCHL Rookie of the Month after posting 12 points (8G, 4A) in just 9 games.
