Morning Recap | Wolves top Canadians in goal filled contest

 

CARLETON PLACE, ON – A total of 18 goals were scored as the Renfrew Wolves squeaked out a 10-8 victory over Carleton Place Tuesday night.

Jakob Kalin and Joey Kennelly scored two goals apiece, Tyson Phare, Brendan Hill, Mathieu Parent, Elvis Slack, Charlie Johnson, and Tyson Tomasini added singles, while Will Craig made 20-saves as Renfrew improved their season record to 18-9-1-1. Carleton Place, who saw their record drop to 12-14-1-3, had a hat-trick from Matteo Disipio, two goals from Derek Hamilton, and singles from Bill Gourgon, Isaac Pascoal, and Ethan Woolsey.
