RENFREW, ON – Two Saturday night CCHL contests saw wins from the Renfrew Wolves and Ottawa Junior Senators.
RENFREW 5 BROCKVILLE 2
Tyson Phare, Charlie Johnson, Tyson Tomasini, Mathieu Parent, and Jakob Kalin tallied goals, while Will Craig made 35-saves as Renfrew improved their season record to 22-14-1-1. Brockville, who fell to 24-12-0-2, had goals from Justin Dauphinais and Luke Tchor, while Brandon Abbott made 31-saves in the loss.
OTTAWA 4 CARLETON PLACE 3
Philippe Jacques scored twice, Sam Edwards and Braxton Ross added singles, while Collin Mackenzie made 22-saves as Ottawa improved their record to a CCHL-best 31-4-1-1. Carleton Place, who fell to 15-20-1-3 on the year, had a two-goal game from Isaac Pascoal, a single from Liam Goreski, while Joe Chambers made 35-saves in the loss.
