OTTAWA, ON – The Ottawa Junior Senators and Smiths Falls Bears picked up victories in Saturday night CCHL action.
OTTAWA 3 RENFREW 1
Will Murphy, Philippe Jacques, and Thomas Feel tallied goals, while William Desmarais made 31-saves as Ottawa improved their season record to 23-3-1-1. Renfrew, who fell to 17-8-1-1, had their lone goal from Mathieu Parent, while Sebastian Resar made 29-saves in the losing effort.
SMITHS FALLS 3 ROCKLAND 2
Ty Campbell, Lleyton McLean, and Thomas Gangl had goals, while Dalton McBride made 41-saves as Smiths Falls improved to 10-17-1-0 on the year. Rockland, who fell to 10-17-2-1, had goals from John Mulvihill and William Collins, while Charles Schenkel made 15-saves in the loss.
