The Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) is pleased to announce the Next Recruit/CCM Player of the Week is Francis Marotte of the Nepean Raiders. Marotte makes it back to back weeks that a Nepean Raider was selected, teammate PJ Heger won the same honor last week. The Nepean goalie backstopped the Raiders to two wins over the Cumberland Grads and Ottawa Jr. Senators, the top two teams in the Yzerman division. The Robert Morris University commit was outstanding turning back 76 of 78 shots posting a 1.0 Goals Against and .974 Save Percentage. The Longeuil, QC native leads all goalies with 50 games played, was the Goalie of the Month for October and is currently tied for 2nd with an overall .916 Save Percentage.
