FOURSOME TO REPRESENT CCHL IN CJHL PROSPECTS GAME

 

Four current CCHL'ers will represent Team East in the 2016 CJHL Prospects Game in Surrey, BC on January 26th.  

Carleton Place Canadians will have 3 representatives in goaltender Colton Point, defenseman Owen Grant, and forward Brett Murray while forward Michael Larose of the Cumberland Grads will also attend.

 

 

 

 

COLTON POINT

The 17-year old North Bay, ON native is 13-2-1-0 with 2 shutouts and a 2.78 GAA, one of the CCHL's top young netminders.  He is committed to attend Colgate University in the Fall of 2017. 

OWEN GRANT 

The 17-year old Stittsville, ON native is putting together a strong season with 5 goals and 20 points in 35 games.  He is committed to attend the University of Vermont in the Fall of 2017.  

BRETT MURRAY

The 17-year old from Bolton, ON is a workhorse of a winger who chips in offensively.  Currently 5th on his club in scoring with 13 goals and 37 points in 35 games.  He is committed to attend Penn State University in the Fall of 2017. 

MICHAEL LAROSE

The 18-year old Trois-Rivieres, QC native offers a blend of grit and skill and works equally hard at both ends of the ice. Currently 4th on his club with 14 goals and 38 points through 36 games.
