DeBrouwer stymies Carleton Place, Smiths Falls wins 4-1

 

A stellar performance between the pipes by Evan DeBrouwer helped the Smiths Falls Bears defeat the Carleton Place Canadians, 4-1.

 

Smiths Falls was led by Brett Garvey, who racked up one goal. Garvey scored 17:20 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Smiths Falls. Broydon Stufko provided the assist.

Carleton Place was unable to stop the Bears from sending pucks towards the net, and Smiths Falls eventually piled up 31 shots on goal.

Smiths Falls additionally got points from Stufko, who also had one goal and one assist and Michael McKenney, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Smiths Falls also got a goal from Cole Busschaert as well.
