OTTAWA, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Pembroke Lumber Kings are pleased to announce that 2001 born Wallingford, PA native Gabe Malek has committed to NCAA Alvernia University for the 2022-23 school year.
Malek is in his first and lone season with the Lumber Kings where he has totaled 22 points (10G, 12A) through 27 games of action. Prior to his time in the CCHL, the quick-footed offensive forward suited up for two seasons in the NCDC.
He is a product of the Philadelphia Jr Flyers AAA Minor Hockey program.
