Ottawa, ON – The Cornwall Colts hosted the Pembroke Lumber Kings for a Thursday evening matchup. After 60-minutes, the Colts took the game 2-1.

The first period saw both teams trading goals as Zack Speck-Meek struck for Cornwall and Cam Hicklin responded for Pembroke. In the second period, Adam Walker’s goal proved to be the difference-maker for Cornwall, putting them ahead. The third period was scoreless. Pembroke’s Kevin Jones made 32 saves, while Cornwall’s Donald Hickey made 26 saves.
