CCHL Recap | Braves and Canadians winners Friday

 

OTTAWA, ON – Just two games across the CCHL region Friday night due to postponements in Hawkesbury and Smiths Falls as the Brockville Braves and Carleton Place Canadians got into the win columns.

 

F | BROCKVILLE 3 KEMPTVILLE 0

Nathaniel Burelle, Jake Laville, and Nick Foster scored goals, while Sami Molu had 26-saves for his 2nd straight shutout as Brockville improved to 16-14-2-1 on the season. Kemptville, who fell to 12-15-4-1, had a 36-save effort from Alex Musielak in the loss.

 

F | CARLETON PLACE 7 RENFREW 3

Matteo Disipio scored twice, Derek Hamilton, Brandon Walker, Will Soloway, Mathieu Fehr, and Gino Colangelo added singles, while Jackson Pundyk made 30-saves as Carleton Place improved their season record to 19-11-0-2. Renfrew, who fell to 18-10-1-2, had goals from Tyson Phare, Tyson Tomasini, and Will Ralston in the loss.
