HAWKESBURY, ON – For the second straight night, the Ottawa Junior Senators picked up an overtime victory, taking a 2-0 best-of-seven championship series lead over Hawkesbury.

Massimo Gentile, Max Bush, and Vincent Velocci scored in regulation, Philippe Jacques netted the overtime winner for the second straight game, while William Desmarais made 30-saves as Ottawa took a 2-0 series lead. Hawkesbury had goals from Jakson Kirk, Jeremy Tremblay, and Max Klanow, while Matthew Tovell made 31-saves in the losing effort.
Game 3 is scheduled for Sunday night in Ottawa at 5:30PM.
