The Central Canada Hockey League and Hawkesbury Hawks are pleased to announce that 1996 born goaltender Andrew Tucci has made a verbal commitment to attend Colby College in Waterville, Maine for the 2016-17 school year.
Tucci is 7-7-1-3 with a 2.94 GAA, .892 SV%, and 1 shutout in his first and final season of CCHL hockey after spending the 2014-15 season with the Springfield Rifles U18 program.
The 5-9, 165 lb Toronto, ON native is noted as being a competitor in the net who moves very good laterally due to his quick feet and agility. His foot speed allows him to recover quickly when caught out of position. Not many weaknesses in his game as he has a good blocker and glove as well as rebound control.
