The Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) is pleased to announce the Next Recruit/CCM Player of the Week is Alex Gilmour of the Pembroke Lumber Kings. Gilmour led the Lumber Kings to a 2-1 record for the week with wins over the Nepean Raiders and Cumberland Grads. The Pembroke forward collected 6 (5G, 1A) points and also earned a 1st and two 2nd game stars in all three games. The Toronto, ON native has been outstanding since joining the Lumber Kings, he has 45 (23G, 22A) points in 32 games and was the Gongshow First Star of the month for February.
