HAWKESBURY, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Hawkesbury Hawks are pleased to announce that 2002 born Grosse Pointe, MI native Ryan Murphy has committed to NCAA Babson College.
Murphy, who is currently in his first season with the Hawks, totaled 24 points (8G, 16A) in 33 regular season games before adding another 4 points (1G, 3A) through 11 postseason match-ups to date.
Prior to his time in the CCHL, the two-way forward spent two years playing at Brother Rice High of the United States High School League out of Michigan as well as one season in the NCDC.
