PEMBROKE, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Pembroke Lumber Kings are pleased to announce that 2001 born Mount Brydges, ON native Michael Andrews has committed to NCAA Alvernia University.
Andrews, who recently completed his final year of junior hockey as a member of the Lumber Kings, totaled 33 points (10G, 23A) in 60 career games between them and the Hawkesbury Hawks.
Prior to suiting up in the CCHL, the two-way forward spent time in both the OJHL and GOJHL. He came up through both the Quinte Red Devils AAA and Clarington Toros AAA Minor Hockey programs.
