Commitment Alert | Braves Clay Korpi commits to Colby College

 

Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Brockville Braves are pleased to announce that defenseman Clay Korpi has committed to NCAA Division 3 Colby College for the 2020-21 season.

The 2000 born Rye Brook, NY native recently completed his first and final season in the CCHL in which he totaled 17 points (5G, 12A) in 42 games of action. 

Prior to his time with the Braves, the two-way defenseman spent time in the New England Prep School League (NEPS) with both Salisbury School (17-18 and 18-19) and Hotchkiss School (16-17). 

He is the fifth member of this years Braves to make a university commitment, joining Jake Begley (Colorado College), Justin McRae (University of Ottawa), Konnor MacCormick (University of Ottawa), and Simon Kerr (Carleton University).
