Morning Recap | Five Games

 

Ottawa, ON – A busy night in the CCHL had five games in the fold with Rockland, Navan, Smiths Falls, Kanata, and Carleton Place all earning victories.

 

F | ROCKLAND 2 HAWKESBURY 1 OT

Nicolas Chartrand scored in regulation, Drew Shields netted the OT winner, while Joseph Giacobbo made 30-saves as Rockland improved to 29-12-3-1, just two points back of Hawkesbury.

 

F | NAVAN 6 BROCKVILLE 5 SO

Alex Robert (2), Jesse Lycan, Wil Murray, and Alexandre Charlebois tallied goals in regulation, Ben Bedalamenti had the Shootout winner, while Will Cranley made a whopping 51-saves as Navan improved to 14-23-6-2.

 

F | SMITHS FALLS 5 NEPEAN 2

Alex Way, Reid Russett, Tate Leeson, Grant Rincke, and Theo Todd scored the goals, while Jack Ryan made 13-saves as Smiths Falls improved to 18-15-7-2 on the year.

 

F | KANATA 3 PEMBROKE 2

Derek St. Jean, Graham Denomme, and Austin Holmes found the net, while Jean-Philippe Tourigny made 28-saves as Kanata improved their season record to 22-20-3-2.

 

F | CARLETON PLACE 4 CORNWALL 2

Elliot McDermott scored twice, Ryland Mosley and Cade Townend added singles, while Connor Murphy made 25-saves as Carleton Place improved to 30-10-2-3.
