OTTAWA, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League has named its official All-Star squad that will face-off against the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees this Saturday night at 7:30PM live from the Jim Durrell Complex in Ottawa, ON.
The team, which is assembled with many of the top 2001 and 2002 birth year players currently in the league, will have a big task at hand, facing an older opponent like the Gee-Gees. There will be a practice and team meeting held Wednesday to help the players and staff get comfortable with each other prior to puck drop Saturday night.
Rick Dorval from the Hawkesbury Hawks will be the Head Coach and will be joined by Renfrew Wolves bench boss Ryan Leonard who will serve as Associate Coach and Ottawa Junior Senators Head Coach Kyle Makaric who will be the Assistant Coach.
