Release | 73’s Sarah Nichols named 2021-22 CCHL Trainer of the Year

 

OTTAWA, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League is pleased to announce that Kemptville 73’s Sarah Nichols has been named the 2021-22 CCHL Trainer of the Year, claiming the honour in back-to-back seasons.

“Sarah has been invaluable to the Kemptville 73’s hockey club and our success on and off the ice,” said 73’s Head Coach Jason York. Her dedication, work ethic, and expertise has been amazing and I see it daily. On behalf of the 73’s, we would like to congratulate and thank Sarah for all she does to make us a program that players and families want to be a part of.”

Nichols, who has her Honours Bachelor of Science specializing in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, and who recently completed her Master’s in Osteopathic Manipulative Science from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy has been a member of the 73’s CCHL training staff for the past 7 years (6 years full-time).
