The Central Canada Hockey League and Nepean Raiders are pleased to announce that ’96 born F Felix Brassard has verbally committed to NCAA III Norwich University for the 2017-18 season.

The 5-10, 190 lb St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, QC native played just the one season with the Raiders after spending the past three seasons playing hockey for Quebec College Andre-Laurendeau.  With Nepean in 2016-17, Brassard tallied 21 goals and totaled 43 points in 63 combined regular season and playoff games.

“Felix was a top scorer from the Quebec collegiate league for the past three seasons," said Raiders Head Coach Darcy Findlay.  “He is a great person who works extremely hard each day to make himself better.  His goal was to come to the CCHL and hopefully receive an NCAA deal and now he is heading off to play for the 2017 NCAA III National Champion.  Felix has many years ahead of him still, he will be a pro one day," added Findlay.
