Morning Recap | Four Games Across CCHL Region

 

OTTAWA, ON – There were four games of CCHL action Sunday, seeing victories from the Nepean Raiders, Navan Grads, Cornwall Colts, and Brockville Braves.

 

NEPEAN 6 CARLETON PLACE 3

Zachary Lefebvre scored twice, Chase Campeau, Louis Chabot, Jack Hillier, and Ben Northgrave also tallied markers, while Nathan Loisel made 44-saves as Nepean improved their season record to 7-22-1-0. Carleton Place, who saw their record drop to 12-13-1-3, had two goals from Matteo Disipio, a single from Isaac Pascoal, while Joe Chambers made 17-saves in the loss.

 

NAVAN 5 KEMPTVILLE 2

Calum Chau had two goals, Blake Hall, Justin Louette-Isaac, and Alec Lovisek also found the back of the net, while Carter Garvie made 25-saves as Navan improved to 17-10-0-1 on the year. Kemptville, who fell to 17-9-2-2, had both tallies from Ty Whyte, while Tyler Laureault made 33-saves in the losing effort.

 

CORNWALL 2 RENFREW 1

Aaron Shaw and Brayden Bowen scored goals, while Dax Easter made 36-saves as Cornwall improved their record on the season to 7-19-3-4. Renfrew, who fell to 17-9-1-1, had their lone goal from Christopher Hocevar, while Will Craig made 34-saves on the losing end of things.

 

BROCKVILLE 3 PEMBROKE 2 SO

Nicolas Lariviere and Ryan Bonfield scored in regulation, Bonfield added another in the shootout, while Sami Molu made 19-saves as Brockville improved to 20-9-0-2 on the season. Pembroke, who dropped to 19-6-2-2, had goals from Jesse Kirkby and Bruce Coltart, while Reece Proulx made 34-saves in the loss.
