Commitment Alert | Braves Sami Molu commits to NCAA Norwich University

 

BROCKVILLE, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Brockville Braves  are pleased to announce that 2002 born Toronto, ON native Sami Molu has committed to NCAA Norwich University.

Molu, who recently completed his final season of junior eligibility, posted a 22-12-3 record with a 2.39 GAA, .925 SV%, and 5 shutouts en route to being named CCHL Goaltender of the Year. 

Molu would finish his CCHL career with a 39-19-3 record, with a 2.40 GAA, .924 SV%, and 6 shutouts.

“I am excited to enter a great culture and see what the future holds with me at Norwich,” said Molu. “I would like to thank Dustin Traylen and the Braves organization for everything they have done for me over the last two seasons.”

Prior to his time with the Braves, Molu had stints in both the NAHL and GOJHL.

He is a product of the Toronto Jr. Canadiens AAA Minor Hockey program.
