Commitment Alert | 73’s Hunter Brazier commits to RIT for 2022-23

 

OTTAWA, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Kemptville 73’s are pleased to announce that forward Hunter Brazier has committed to NCAA Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) for the 2022-23 season.

The 2002 born Val Caron, ON native recently completed his second season with the 73’s, where he totaled 10 points (5G, 5A) in 11 development scrimmages. During the 2019-20 season, the two-way playmaking forward totaled 30 points (14G, 16A) in 57 games.

Before he got his feet wet in the CCHL, Brazier suited up for one season in the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League, where he totaled 41 points (24G, 17A) in 55 games with French River.

He becomes the third member of the 2020-21 73’s roster to make a college commitment, joining Evan Mitchell (St. Lawrence NCAA) and Jack York (Western University USPORTS).
