Central Canada Hockey Academy powered by Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs will drive student success in the classroom and on the ice

Beginning September 2017: Central Canada Hockey Academy powered by Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs will drive student success in the classroom and on the ice

Join us at our information night Thursday, June 29 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Richcraft Sensplex!

We invite all dedicated hockey players entering grade 7 or 8 in September 2017, to join us for the inaugural year of the Central Canada Hockey Academy powered by Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs (CCHA). High school aged students (entering grades 9 to 12) are encouraged to contact us to be added to the notification list for a possible second class.

The CCHA powered by the Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs will run as a partnership between the Ottawa Senators organization through its Sensplex facilities, the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL), Lester B. Pearson High School (LBP), and Titan Performance Centre. Students will have the unique opportunity to participate in daily hockey-specific training sessions at state-of-the-art facilities while completing high quality education offered by the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB); all without sacrificing the full social experience that is missed by attending smaller, private schools.

Why you should join us this fall:

  • Athletic development to start almost every school day at the Richcraft Sensplex with on-ice hockey-specific skill sessions led by Head Coach Marc Franche, or off-ice athletic development lead by elite instructors with Titan Performance Centre
  • Available to any caliber of player to fast track individual skill development that will fill the personal development gaps left from each players’ club team.
  • The CCHA combines world-class skill development with the full academic and social experience of a high quality OCSB education

Class sizes are limited to ensure an excellent ratio for all participants, so don’t delay:
