CCHL Robinson wins 2018 Eastern Canada Cup

 

Trenton, ON – An opening day loss would not stop CCHL Robinson, as from there they would string together four straight wins to be crowned the 2018 Eastern Canada Cup Champions.

After losing to QJHL Burrows on Monday by a 4-1 score, the team would go on to defeat the MHL North 3-0, OJHL Hawerchuk 4-1, OJHL Nieuwendyk 2-1, and then QJHL St. Louis 5-0 in the final.

Andrej Hromic had both the goals, while Connor Murphy finished with 21-saves.

In a heated affair, the CCHL got goals from Ryan Richardson, Fred Allaire, Brendan Browne, Simon Mack, and Tyler McBay, while Connor Murphy made 15-saves.
