CCHL Recap | Four games Friday night across CCHL region

 

OTTAWA, ON – Four games across the CCHL circuit on Friday saw victories from the Brockville Braves, Hawkesbury Hawks, Smiths Falls Bears, and Navan Grads.

 

F | BROCKVILLE 4 ROCKLAND 2

Colin Elliott, Aidan Yarde, Luke Tchor, and Kowin Bolstering found the back of the net, while Philip Rondina made 27-saves as Brockville improved to 7-7-0-0. Rockland, who dropped to a record of 7-5-1-1, had goals from Nicolas White and Charles Locas, while Ben Grahame made 31-saves in the loss.

 

F | HAWKESBURY 2 OTTAWA 1 OT

Remi Gelinas scored in regulation, Jakson Kirk was the overtime hero, while Dimitri Pelekos made 37-saves as Hawkesbury improved to 8-3-1-3. Ottawa, who fell to 11-3-2-0, had their lone goal from Mickael Hebert, while Rorke Applebee made 30-saves in the losing effort.

 

F | SMITHS FALLS 4 PEMBROKE 1

Eli Doughart-Wood, Sean James, Finnegan Kilmurray, and Trevor Faucher scored goals, while Will McEvoy made 26-saves as Smiths Falls improved to 11-4-0-1. Pembroke, who fell to 3-9-0-1, had their lone goal from Matt Yeager, while Ben Forget made 36-saves in the losing effort.

 

F | NAVAN 5 KEMPTVILLE 4 OT

Michael Urgo, Mark MacPhee, Blake Hall, and Tio D’Adarrio scored in regulation, Nicholas Paone netted the overtime winner, while Braedyn McIntosh made 22-saves as Navan improved to 9-5-2-0 on the year. Kemptville, who fell to 5-6-3-0, had goals from Chase Lammi, Ty Whyte, Emile Trottier, and Matthew Yakubowski, while Jacob Biron made 38-saves in the loss.
