OTTAWA, ON – In the lone Wednesday night CCHL contest, the Smiths Falls Bears picked up their 6th straight win as they defeated the Ottawa Junior Senators.

Conor Ronayne led the way with a hat trick, Shaymus Stevenson tallied 2 goals of his own, Sean James scored a single, while Will McEvoy made 29-saves as Smiths Falls improved to 7-3-0-1 on the season. Ottawa, who fell to 7-2-1-0, had goals from Lucas Staresinic, Sam Grabner, Braxton Ross, and Massimo Gentile, while Rorke Applebee made 29-saves on the losing end of things.
