SMITHS FALLS, ON – In the lone Tuesday night contest, the Smiths Falls Bears picked up the home win by defeating the Hawkesbury Hawks.

Sean James and Riley Thompson notched two goals apiece, while Will McEvoy was near perfect with 27-saves as Smiths Falls improved their season record to 18-8-0-2. Hawkesbury, who dropped to a record of 14-10-2-3, had their lone goal from Remi Gagne, while Dimitri Pelekos made 33-saves in the losing effort.
