OTTAWA, ON – The Ottawa Junior Senators showed why they were the best team through out the regular season as they defeated the Smiths Falls Bears by a 6-2 score in Game 7 of the Bogart Cup finals Friday night. Chase Lammi scored two goals, Emile Villiard, Will Murphy, Andrew Uturo, and Owen Protz added singles, while Rorke Applebee made 28-saves as the Junior Senators claimed their fourth straight Bogart Cup Championship.
The Junior Senators willl now head to Portage La Prarie, Manitoba and represent the CCHL at the Centennial Cup where they will take on the champions from the other nine Canadian Junior Hockey leagues.
