Dawson Creek, BC – With one remaining preliminary round game to go, Team Canada East has clinched a berth into the medal round of the 2019 World Junior A Challenge.
Canada East (1-1-1) through 3 games, clinched a spot in the medal rounds after Canada West was eliminated from the tournament Thursday night.
They will wrap up their preliminary round schedule tonight when they face the Czech Republic at 9:00PM ET. Win or lose, Canada East will have a Semi-Final match-up on Saturday.
