The CCHL Announces HockeyHair High School Academic Player of the Month

 

Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League is pleased to announce that Dovar Tinling of the Hawkesbury Hawks has been named the HockeyHair High School Academic Player of the Month for September/October.

 

The 2003 born rookie forward attends St. Thomas High School in his hometown of Point-Claire, QC where he has done exceptional work in the classroom. His current courses and grades are English (85%), Physical Education (92%), Mathematics (80-85%), French (80%), Biology (75%), Ethics (80%), and Finance (75%). 

 

On the ice, Tinling leads all CCHL rookies with 22 points (7G,15A) in 20 games of action. He recently represented Canada at World U17 Hockey Challenge in Medicine Hat, AB, one of only three Jr A players to do so.
