Rockland pulls ahead 3-0 in the Bogart Cup Finals

Carleton Place opened the scoring late in the first period with a goal from Allaby, but Rockland responded early in the second with Marshall tying the game. In the third, Rockland pulled ahead with goals from Le Houillier and Marshall, the latter on a power play, before Carleton Place’s Bouwer cut the lead to one. Rockland sealed the 4-2 win with an empty-netter from Laurent. Rockland outshot Carleton Place 37-26, went 1-for-2 on the power play, and got 24 saves from Forget, while Vandenberg made 33 saves for Carleton Place. The two will face off on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm in Carleton Place for game 4
