Rockland 3, Smiths Falls 1
Rockland secured a 3-1 victory over Smiths Falls with a strong first period, scoring twice through Laframboise and Poor, while Smiths Falls responded late in the frame with a power-play goal from Booth. After a scoreless and penalty-filled second period, Charron added a power-play goal early in the third to seal the win. Despite being narrowly outshot in the second, Rockland edged Smiths Falls 36-35 overall. Goalie Forget made 34 saves for Rockland, while Morrow stopped 33 shots for Smiths Falls.

Navan 5, Carleton Place 1
Navan cruised to a 5-1 win over Carleton Place, powered by a pair of goals from Brown and a strong performance on special teams. Carpenter opened the scoring on a first-period power play, and Holmes and Brown extended the lead in the second before Allaby got one back for Carleton Place. Brown added another on the power play in the third and sealed the hat trick with an empty-netter. Despite being outshot 39-32, Navan’s goalie Gagne was stellar with 38 saves, while Vandenberg stopped 27 for Carleton Place. Navan capitalized on 3 of 5 power plays, while Carleton Place went 0-for-2.
