NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
MEMBERSHIP INTEREST – CENTRAL CANADA HOCKEY LEAGUE

Notice is hereby given that the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) is offering for sale, by public process, a membership interest in the CCHL for the right to operate a Junior “A” hockey franchise within the Municipality of Pembroke, subject to the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, and approval requirements of the league.
The sale is being conducted on an “as is, where is” basis and is subject to all necessary league approvals, including approval of the purchaser by the CCHL Board of Governors.
Interested parties may submit written expressions of interest and requests for further information no later than May 28, 2026 at 6pm to [membership@centralcanadahockeyleague.com] including:

- Company (if applicable)
- Phone number
Upon receipt of acceptable expressions of interest, the CCHL will provide the bid package to the prospective buyers.
The vendor reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to negotiate with any party, and to withdraw the offering at any time without notice.
