Morning Recap | Hawks, Braves, Wolves victorious Friday on Friday

 

OTTAWA, ON – Friday saw three games of CCHL action with the Hawkesbury Hawks, Brockville Braves, and Renfrew Wolves all picking up victories.

 

F | HAWKESBURY 3 CORNWALL 1

Rookie David Goyette scored twice, Jeremy Quesnel added a single, while Connor MacKenzie made 24 saves for the victory. Adam Mendelson scored the lone marker for the Colts, while Jackson Parsons finished with 29 saves in the losing effort.

 

F | BROCKVILLE 4 KEMPTVILLE 3

Evan Boucher tallied two goals, Ryan Gillespie and Lucas Lapalm also scored, while Antoine Bourdeau and Brandon Abbott split duties in net for the win. Matthew York, Gavin Wood, and Hunter Brazier responded for the 73’s, while Riley McCabe made 23 saves on the losing end of things.

 

F | RENFREW 4 SMITHS FALLS 3

Charlie Johnson, Tyson Phare, Jack Miles, and Tyson Tomasini all found the net, Paul Hughes chipped in with 3 assists, while Will Craig made 26 saves for the victory. For the Bears, Noah Adams scored twice, Patrick Del Vecchio also scored, while Patrick Leaver made 19 saves in the loss.
