Morning Recap | Five Games in busy Sunday of CCHL Action

 

OTTAWA, ON – There were five games of CCHL action on Sunday, which saw the Kemptville 73’s, Brockville Braves, Hawkesbury Hawks, Ottawa Junior Senators, and Pembroke Lumber Kings claim victories.

KEMPTVILLE 5 NEPEAN 1

Brock Krulicki scored a natural hat-trick, Hunter Brazier added two goals of his own, while Connor Blackwood made 23-saves for the victory. Coleman Bennett was the lone goal scorer for Nepean, while Evan Martin finished with 34-saves.

 

BROCKVILLE 3 ROCKLAND 1

Luke Tchor scored twice, Nicholas Dowling also found the net, while Brandon Abbott made 29-saves for the win. Joshua Reid responded for Rockland, while Jack McGovern made 36-saves.

 

HAWKESBURY 6 CARLETON PLACE 2

Jakson Kirk scored two goals, Michael Andrews, Willyam Gendron, Jeremy Quesnel, and Josh Spratt also scored, while Dimitri Pelekos made 19-saves. Carleton Place had goals from Ryan Bonfield and Caleb Kean, while Joe Chambers finished with 21-saves.

 

OTTAWA 3 NAVAN 0

Philippe Jacques tallied two goals, Alex Pineau added a single, while William Desmarais made 27-saves for the win. Ben West finished with 24-saves in the losing effort for Navan. 

 

PEMBROKE 4 CORNWALL 1

Jacob Zwirecki, Jesse Kirkby, Joe Jordan, and Alex Urbisci scored goals, while Reece Proulx made 17-saves. Aaron Shaw scored the lone goal for Cornwall, while Alex Houston finished with 30-saves.
