Morning Recap | Canadians, Nationlas, Lumber Kings win heading into holiday break

 

Ottawa, ON – Three games of CCHL action Sunday saw victories from the Carleton Place Canadians, Rockland Nationals, and Pembroke Lumber Kings.

 

F | CARLETON PLACE 4 KEMPTVILLE 1

Cameron Patton (2), Andrej Hromic, and Steven Townley tallied goals, while Devon Levi made 18-saves as Carleton Place improved to 32-5-3-2 on the season. Kemptville saw their record fall to 15-20-3-0.

 

F | ROCKLAND 4 CORNWALL 3

Daniel Menges, Andrew Aboumossa, Justin Dauphinais, and Cole Craft scored goals, while Jack McGovern made 21-saves as Rockland improved to 25-12-0-2 on the year. Cornwall, who fell to 13-24-1-1 on the year, had goals from Wil McKinley, Riley Brennan, and Chris Grose, while Rico Dimatteo made 34-saves in the losing effort.

 

F | PEMBROKE 3 NEPEAN 0

Cameron Hough, Andrew Poulias, and Ty Hollett found the back of the net, while Reece Proulx had a 25-save shutout as Pembroke improved to 20-16-1-1 on the season. Nepean saw their record fall to 7-29-1-2.
