Morning Recap | Busy night across the CCHL with all 12 teams in action

 

Ottawa, ON – A busy night across the CCHL region had all twelve teams in action, seeing victories from the Brockville Braves, Hawkesbury Hawks, Pembroke Lumber Kings, Rockland Nationals, and Carleton Place Canadians. The game between the Kanata Lasers and Smiths Falls Bears was postponed after completion of 1 period due to poor ice conditions and will be replayed at a later date.

 

F | BROCKVILLE 2 OTTAWA 1

Konnor MacCormick and Clay Korpi scored goals, while Jake Begley made 25-saves as Brockville won their 15th straight game to improve to 22-4-3-0 on the season. Ottawa saw their record fall to 19-11-2-0.

 

F | HAWKESBURY 7 NEPEAN 2

Luke Grainger (2), Mathieu Sabourin, Zachary Lefebvre, Jeremie Payant, Brendan McCarthy, and Azzaro Tinling netted goals, while Zach Johnson made 26-saves as Hawkesbury improved their season record to 15-13-1-0. Nepean saw their record fall to 5-23-1-2 on the year.

Jesse Kirkby, Ty Hollett, and Cameron Hough scored goals, while Reece Proulx made 36-saves as Pembroke improved to 15-13-0-1 on the season. Kemptville fell to 9-18-3-0 on the year.

 

F | ROCKLAND 4 CORNWALL 1

Vincent Labelle, Aidan Hilton, Gunnar Smith, and Simon Labelle found the net, while Jack McGovern made 21-saves as Rockland improved to 19-10-0-2 on the season. Cornwall saw their record fall to 10-19-1-1.

James Lister, Caleb Kean, Cameron Patton, and Ryan Bonfield scored goals, while Devon Levi made 29-saves as Carleton Place improved their record to 27-3-2-1 on the year. Navan saw their record fall to 12-19-0-0.
