Reid Russett and Tate Leeson tallied in regulation, Mitchell Larabie netted the overtime winner, while Jake Smiths made 30-saves as Smiths Falls improved to 22-18-9-2.
Scoring for Nepean was Thomas Winn and Ryan Horvath, while Max Wright made 37-saves.
