Smiths Falls 2, Brockville 1
The Smiths Falls Bears earned a 2–1 home victory over Brockville on Tuesday night at the Smiths Falls Memorial Centre. It was Eccleston who opened the scoring early for Brockville, but Smiths Falls responded with two power-play goals, as Parker tied the game in the second period and Beauchesne netted the eventual game winner late in the third period. Smiths Falls controlled much of the play, outshooting Brockville 41–23. In goal, Ruddy stopped 22 of 23 shots to secure the win, while Galbraith made 39 saves on 41 shots in a strong effort for Brockville.
